The Rental Fast Track Program will help to increase available rentals in SWFL
October 12, 2022 — (Naples, FLA) — Southwest Florida Homes and Rentals, a division of Naples Homes and Rentals Inc., announced today it had launched a new initiative targeted to Southwest Florida Homeowners called “Rental Fast Track Program.” The objective of the Rental Fast Track Program is to quickly identify and make ready potential rental properties that can be used for displaced homeowners, guests and tenants.
“In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian’s horrific impact, the need for longterm rental properties – available for 12-24 months – is greater than ever,” said Michelle M. Craft, Managing Broker/Owner of Naples Homes and Rentals Inc. Craft said, “If a homeowner does not plan to use their second home this year, or if a homeowner owns multiple properties from Marco Island to Port Charlotte, then this is an opportunity for them to dramatically help their impacted community and earn rental income.”
“In two days, more than a dozen local owners have signed up for the Rental Fast Track Program,” said Craft, ” and those new long-term properties are listed on the Southwest Florida Homes and Rentals website.”
