NHR Rental Property Referrals

By managing the type of rentals in the NHR portfolio, we provide a superior level of service to owners, guests and agents. We only accept rentals that meet our luxury rental criteria.

Other than a formal introduction/handoff via an email, text or joint call, the referring agent does not participate in any other rental transactions. Rental listing referrals are paid at listing agreement execution (upfront), and the referral is paid one time regardless of the number of times the property is leased.

NHR protects your customer.  When the owner/landlord decides to sell (terminates the rental listing agreement, then that customer is liaised back to you.  We work with all branded and non-branded real estate brokerages in SWFL.  Our reputation is without tarnish.
